Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.

Being human isn’t easy. We all find ourselves lost, scared, or confused. Maybe angry or ashamed. Maybe stuck. You aren’t alone. As a therapist, I’m here to face these moments with you, to listen, to question, and to help you see yourself more fully, discover your strengths, find connection, and make the changes that matter to you.

This isn’t a straightforward process – we’re complex and messy, full of contradictions. We don’t always fully know our own wants and motivations. I will do my best to create a secure environment where you can explore and make sense of your experiences. I’ll be by your side to help you dig in and together shine a light on areas you might feel like you have to keep hidden. Together, we will get a better sense of how you relate to yourself and others, clarify your values, and gain insight into what is and is not working for you and how it might be better.

Whether this works or not depends a lot on our relationship so here’s a bit about me. I am currently pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology (2026) from Santa Clara University. I’ve always been deeply interested in people and why they do what they do, but I took a long roundabout path to get here. At times, I lost my way. I have an MBA from the University of Virginia, a BSE from Princeton, and spent years as a management consultant, researcher, writer, marketer. I’ve led teams and been an individual contributor, worked for myself, for startups, and for massive organizations. As a daughter, parent, spouse, and friend, I bring compassion and a broad set of life experiences. I recognize the untold stories and unseen burdens that can drag at us day to day, and I am passionate about helping clients navigate the many life transitions and challenges in their personal and professional lives.

I work with individuals and couples, young adults and parents, as well as children. My approach is to slow down, understand what matters to you, explore what gets in the way, and strengthen your relationships. I integrate aspects of different theories and established techniques based on your unique needs -- you are the expert on you. Whenever possible, I always encourage getting more fresh air and nature.
