Hi!
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my own life experiences and what I have learned through navigating difficult seasons of life. I know how meaningful it can be to have someone in your corner who listens without judgment and helps you feel less alone in what you are going through. I believe that our experiences, relationships, and the challenges we face all play a role in shaping who we are. I hope to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, better understand their experiences, and recognize strengths in themselves.
I see therapy as a collaborative process and believe there is no one size fits all approach. I value getting to know each person as an individual and creating a relationship where they feel genuinely understood.
Before becoming a trainee therapist, I was a collegiate athlete, and sports have been a meaningful part of my life for as long as I can remember. Being an athlete taught me a lot about resilience, pressure, identity, and adapting when life does not go according to plan. Those experiences continue to shape who I am and the way I approach my work today.
I enjoy spending time with the people I love, staying active, trying new recipes, traveling, and being anywhere near the water. I believe that connection, laughter, movement, and making space for the things that bring us joy are important parts of caring for ourselves and creating a life that feels meaningful.
