Humans are storytellers, and we are all deeply influenced by the stories we hear and tell ourselves about who we are and what we’re capable of. Sometimes those narratives leave us feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected. That’s where therapy can be such a helpful tool.
I offer a warm, collaborative space where I journey with you as a witness and guide to explore, deconstruct, and rewrite the stories that matter most. We can’t change the facts of your life, but we can transform your perception and understanding and find new ways forward together.
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I work with adults, teens, and couples navigating identity, life transitions, and how to be in relationships. My approach integrates Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and person-centered care with practical tools to improve communication, deepen self-knowing, and strengthen connections. I also weave in mindfulness, meditation, and somatic practices pulled from my background in yoga and spiritual direction, as well as personality frameworks like the Enneagram and Jungian Archetypes.
I hold an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, an MFA in Creative Non-Fiction Writing from St. Mary’s College of California, and certifications in spiritual counseling, yoga, and meditation facilitation. This blending of clinical training, storytelling, and holistic wellness informs my passion for helping clients step into their full, authentic selves. Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new places, or writing letters to my teenage niece.
